Medical Identification Jewelry
Custom-engraved stainless steel medical ID, identification bracelets and alert necklaces. Each item holds up to five lines of information that is engraved in red. You can engrave up to 18 characters per line (including spaces). A pocket/wallet card is included with this bracelet.
Medical ID Identification and alert products are for all medical conditions, allergies or any information that emergency personnel should know, remember "they speak when you can not."
Faceplate of medical ID bracelet is approximately 2 inches long by 1/2 inch wide. The chain on the bracelet is adjustable up to 8 3/4 inches wrist size. If a bigger size is needed, simply place a follow-up email stating what bracelet size you would like, and your order number. |
