Medical Identification bracelet for children's safety
These are Children Size Custom-engraved stainless steel bracelets are made with a shorter chain(6")and a slightly smaller face plate to fit a smaller wrist. These should fit children ages 3 to 4 and above.
Each childs medical id bracelet holds up to five
lines of alert information that is engraved in red. You can engrave up to 16 characters (including spaces) per line. A pocket/wallet card is included with this bracelet.
